The environment encourages a lot of backstabbing and cur throat behavior. Work / life balance is virtually zero, there are now layoffs and the future is uncertain due to the upcoming acquisition by Dell."

"The maternity leave is not consistent across locations in the U.S. The California leave is more generous due to California state law, but if you are located outside of California, you will mostly likely receive little to no paid leave."

"It is tough for women in IT generally due to being in the minority, and the burden to be excellent to be placed in the first place. There is a general push to get women into management. At this time, technical leadership diversity is still lacking. There is also a large amount of inflexibility within Global Support Services for scheduling."
