"Unfortunately, a big sign of mismanagement and unfair working dynamics is people constantly throwing each other under the bus. A lot of women backstabbing each other, and oftentimes you feel like in order to get ahead, you have to appease the male CDs."

"It's not a bad place to work, especially if you stay out of the office politics (or if you come it at/near the top). If you're senior enough, there are lots of "unspoken" benefits, e.g. the ability to come in late or leave early."

"I believe women are respected and treated equally, but management is male-dominated. The maternity leave policy is sub-par. They only offer four weeks of paid leave and only if you've worked there for a full year. I felt taking the time to be with my child was important, so I took it unpaid, but the financial implications left me with a bad taste in my mouth about the company."
