"this is something that also seems to come down to the store level and how they handle everything from schedules and PTO requests and who is doing the schedules"

"mother's get up to 16 weeks and father's get 10 the adoption benefit I believe is up to 10 weeks as well plus they have a program that you can get assistance with some of the adoption fees. I'm not 100% sure how much of the leaves are paid vs unpaid though, there is more paid than unpaid "

"He is in the process of doing his own self-reflection at this time, so he has realized that this is something he needs to work on and he is making progress which is why I gave the rating I did. It's not that he isn't supportive but it has always been the consistency of the support"
