"I have done well at Home Office and was promoted within 18 months, however, during the recruiting process I was only quoted from the low point to the mid point of the pay band thinking this was the full band. I would have negotiated a much higher salary had I known this. You have to be an advocate for yourself if you're wanting to move through the ranks, you cannot count on managers to help you navigate this. I love the people I work with. I feel that my peers genuinely care for you and your wellbeing."

"Keep an eye out for creepy customers, bosses, and coworkers the HR department doesn’t care about women feeling unsafe. Also, make sure that you are getting paid fairly"

"There are multiple executives and salaried roles at the home office that don't live in San Antonio, TX. Also some departments at the home office allow associated to set their own working schedule."
