"We're past the "ship is sinking" alerts, we're floating out in the sea with no life vest. It's not worth it (in the technology sector), it's especially not worth the move to middle of nowhere Bentonville, AR. If they're pouring so much money into a new campus it's because so many people have left after joining and realizing what they've gotten into (in addition to the constant mass layoffs we've had for the last 6 or 7 years). Everyone is beyond stressed and disappointed, it's not what it used to be since the layoffs began.
The few women that work in tech are surrounded by men (vendors and WM associates alike) which sadly, the majority (60/40) are creeps so you have to watch your back. I used to love working here, sad to say I don't recommend it at all anymore."
