"There's camaraderie among the women in IT, we respect one another, there's no cattiness, no drama, we support one another, and we watch out for one another. Like any other place there's a couple of not so bright ones that you deal with only when you have to."

"Hate to say it but a lot of people sleep around on this job. Especially the ones that are married or in relationships. Guys will hit on you constantly and it's best to ignore it. Lots of cattiness on the job among women."

"Schedules are made three weeks out. Whether you can get days off or not depends on the manager. Some managers will approve days as long as you put them in 3 or more weeks early. Other managers don't care how long ago you put them in, they will deny them. Also days off are not consistent. One week you may have two days back to back, another your days are split. Due to inconsistencies in scheduling off days, you may be required to work up to seven days in a row. "
