"A few years ago, I had nothing but excellent things to say about this organization. It has slowly deteriorated to an environment where everyone is afraid for their jobs and only looking out for themselves. Teams exist in name only and you don't feel supported as an employee. "

"There was 0 work/life balance within wfhm. You can be written up for calling out of work to care for sick children. I was treated horribly after I returned from maternity leave. Not all departments are bad, but there are some really, really toxic areas that should be avoided in Charlotte NC."

"Wells Fargo recognizes the challenges and statistics regarding diversity, as well as hiring challenges and finding diverse qualified talent. As a company, they are increasing their D&I efforts to result in more women, people of color, veterans and individuals with disabilities in leadership roles. It is a huge initiative of every hiring effort."

"As the company recovers from its ethics scandals of recent years, there's been an influx of outside leadership at high levels, from other large companies. Although some of these top leaders are women, be wary of shifts in culture that might bring a more traditional, i.e. male-centric, view to this decently open workplace. Fortunately, it remains decentralized enough that your own immediate leadership structure is the key, and excellence is still recognized."
