"I enjoy my teammates, the work location, the ability to flex when needed. I do not feel the company stands by some of its policies and has made for an uncomfortable work environment until I found another role at the company. There is work to be done in some areas as there are managers who do not know how to manage, which results in an uncomfortable work environment that dismisses inappropriate behavior by managers who do not know how to lead. I love my new role, my managers, teammates, flexibility, and work location currently. Choose well when interviewing!
Also, I enjoy the development opportunities and the Women’s Team Member Network! I have met wonderful women in my time there to connect with outside of my department. "

"I used to LOVE this company when I first started. The ethics, values, marketing all speak to me on a deeper level that resonated my commitment to always do the right things for customers. But in application, profits always will come first because your manager is bonused on profitable margins in the cost center. "

"Really depends on your job, your manager and if there are any favorites on the team. Most managers really don't like disabilities either, so some managers use this to make work impossible by not applying the accomodations granted by HR while they let able-bodied favorites work from anywhere. (Same role and HR will not help you if you point out the discrimination.)"

"Culture has done a 180. D and I is now a check the box lips service thing. The me too movement is mocked and we have an almost all white male leadership. We used to be great and I loved working here. Now, feeling like we are going back in time.....soon it will be 1950. "
