"Wells Fargo is a Great place to work, communication is key. We all know it can be difficult to balance your career and family life. Be honest, have a strong work ethic and communicate any issues that might cause you to miss work with management as soon as you find out. That allows them to make any adjustments if necessary and keeps everyone on the same page."

"I would advise women to understand their ideal client base and asset under managements. Understanding those two items will help you close the gap of pay inequality. Your production, quality of life, and internal rankings will be based upon those objectives. If I had asked myself those questions and then asked my manager to provide me with the equivalent of a male advisor hired at the same time, I would be much happier than I am now. "

"It's a great place to work. Maternity leave and benefits are great. Wish the option to work from home was more flexible. Don't get me wrong I like coming in to the office but the ability to work one day a week or so from home would be lovely."
