"West Monroe is a great place to work. Like many firms in the consulting industry, the firm struggles to hire, promote, or keep women in leadership roles, but there is conscious and meaningful effort in place to improve moving forward."

"As is common in the consulting industry, there are plenty of women at the bottom (consultant- manager level), but the ranks thin as you go higher towards leadership levels. The spirit of diversity and promoting women to leadership positions is definitely there, but the nature of the industry is prohibitive."

"Although WMP as a company is fairly forward thinking and in general promotes positive office culture and work/ life balance, it all depends on the client. Some clients/ projects will allow for flexibility, and others will be extremely demanding with no flexibility."
