      "Even though there is a woman at the top of this company (Nancy McKinstry), this is not a company that fosters a culture of treating (and paying) women equally. The men at top are saying what women want to hear, but actions speak louder than words. In my 5 years here, I haven't seen any significant changes to accommodate working mothers (and fathers)."
