"This company actually promotes more women into management than men, however I think it's for all the wrong reasons. They don't really value critical feedback, just looking for people they think will "toe the line"."

"Awesome work place. Square Yards is easy going and great for women. We all the employees are treated equally and work culture altogether is nice and supportive. You can get leaves easily too."

"Don’t believe the hype. Come in, do the work, leave. Don’t get sucked into the family culture, it probably means well in theory but is abused in practice."
