"In the department I was in at least, most directors and VPs were women! That doesn't happen at a lot of tech/media places so I was happy to see that :) "

"Financial compensation is negligible. It could take 6 years for a salary to increase by$1.00. If you have a workers’ comp case they will deny treatment as much as they can get away with. "

"I had many managers over the years that were supportive. The last one I had was just putting in his time and didn’t care. He didn’t appreciate the effort I put in and morale was awful. He is still there. Managers aren’t compensated according to their positions either. The company has a difficult time hiring management so inferior managers are rarely fired."
