"ZS is full of smart, humble, and kind people which you cannot say for many companies. They also take the time to specifically support women through programs like the Women's Leadership Initiative."

"ZS is a place where women can excel, I have worked in other industries and other consulting companies. What I can say about ZS, more than any other place I have worked in my 20 years as a professional, is that they care. They invest significantly in their employees, stress the value of always doing the right thing, and once a concern or problem is identified they make an effort to understand and resolve it. Consulting is a challenging profession no matter where you are - you go into it expecting to work long hours and deal with challenging situations, However the support at ZS makes these times seems less hard and even enjoyable. "Of course in the world of consulting, client demands play a big part in driving your daily schedule and workload. Ebbs and flows are expected. But ZS provides the flexibility that allows you to meet these demands in a way that also allows you to meet your own personal and family needs. Working from home so I can make my mid-day doctor's appointment, leaving early so I can attend school plays and concerts and then completing work later - these are not problems to the extent I am able to respond to the requests of my clients and teams. "Respect for people - and respect for women - is paramount here. While we have areas where we can improve, I truly see this as as close to a meritocracy as any place I have been."
