"I have worked at a company in the past where, as a woman, I never felt fully comfortable in the office. At ZS, the message that our women are just as valuable as our men is constantly expressed. I feel incredibly supported and that I have the resources and mentorship I need to continue to succeed in my career."

"Flex hours are absolutely supported. It is a commonly known thing at ZS that they would rather have valuable employees work part time or flex hours than not have them work at all. I know a lot of new mothers are able to cut down on their working hours to take care of their families."

"Career progression for women here is very encouraging. All employees, at various levels, will take the initiative to promote a healthy and interactive culture. Work life balance and growth opportunities are great! I really love working here and plan to do so for the next decade. "
