"Zynga offers a very supportive environment for women. As a working mother, I've been extremely impressed with the support and flexibility I've received from the company. Zynga allows everyone to bring their true self to work and that is why I've been here for 7 years!"

"Not much diversity. Not much leadership opportunities for women. or women of color. I was told I couldn't receive a raise after my like-male teammates were given them. It felt very unfair and bro culture was out of control here. "
