"It all depends on your discipline & department. Many of the VPs lack positive leadership values or skills and as a result don't reinforce it with their reports so there's a trickle down effect. Many untrained, ineffective and toxic middle managers. There are people trying to drive DEI efforts but the people who should be learning are absent."
