"Zynga's has grown a lot in the time I've been here. I started overworked and underpaid, but I have had great managers, both men and women, who have strived to correct that and make sure I am recognized and paid fairly. We're still not perfect but every man and woman I've worked with in management recognizes the value of women and strives to make us a more equal company."

"The culture here is amazing ! I love how women are supported throughout the organization. "
"Your day-to-day experience is largely dependent on which studio you're a part of, but overall I do think that company leadership is committed DEI not just with words but with actions."
"Great maternity and paternity benefits, inclusive and supportive culture, lots of parents and employee resource groups to help create a sense of belonging. Remote friendly for most positions. "

"Zynga offers a very supportive environment for women. As a working mother, I've been extremely impressed with the support and flexibility I've received from the company. Zynga allows everyone to bring their true self to work and that is why I've been here for 7 years!"

"Zynga is a great place to work, but the fast-paced environment is definitely not for everyone"

"Not much diversity. Not much leadership opportunities for women. or women of color. I was told I couldn't receive a raise after my like-male teammates were given them. It felt very unfair and bro culture was out of control here. "

"There used to be strong female leaders here, but they have since left. Not great work life balance or understanding of working moms."

"The benefits are wonderful. If you are looking for a job that allows you to focus more on family, come here. If you are looking for a job that believes in women leadership, you might consider looking elsewhere. "

"Every team at zynga has a different set of expectations and office culture. There was a high expectation to be a "company man" and many people to choose to work long hours and stay late in order to fast track thier promotions. These exceptation may be stressful for people with families. My team specifically was very chill, flexible, and low key but had occasional bouts of crunch. Other teams im told were like working on a sinking ship that was also on fire. That said, management style really varies, try to move onto a team that will work best for you. Benifits at the tiem i worked there were fantastic. Id say if you are young, go for it!"
