Finding Work Life Harmony: Creating Boundaries When Work is in Your Living Space

Dominique Schlitt was born in Argentina and has been living in Germany for the past 25 years. She has spent the last 17 years in sales occupying many different roles from inside sales, key account management, partner management, in addition to 6 years leading sales teams. Since then she continued broadening her professional expertise, working for 2 years as a project manager of large projects, and 5 years as a Senior Manager leading a group of CSMs. In her different roles she deepened her formal and informal leadership qualities. Dominique is a single mother, having worked full-time since her daughter, who is now 18, was a toddler. This experience has aided her in pursuing her passion: helping people develop on a professional and personal level.

Melissa is a Manager, Territory Sales for AEC, based out of Denver, CO. Melissa has been back with Autodesk for 4 years now. Melissa is a boomerang as they say, and her first run with the company was from 2007-2014. Melissa has always had a passion for helping and motivating/inspiring others. Getting into leadership has been a career goal of Melissa's for many years, and she was lucky enough to make the transition one year ago, from an individual contributor in a sales role, to leading the AEC Territory Sales Team for the West in the Americas. Melissa is always learning a lot, and says it feels great to pay it forward. Outside of work Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, biking, cooking and attending concerts.

Jennifer is a career sales rep from Denver, Colorado, with nearly 20 years of diversified sales experience. Jennifer’s favorite pastimes include music, comedy, games, sports, and travel. She has also been a certified yoga instructor since 2008 and still teaches from time to time.

Claudia was born and raised in Mexico and has been living abroad for the last 14 years. After completing her Business and Marketing degree in Mexico, she decided to continue her Business studies in the US and eventually obtained her Business Masters degree in Europe. Claudia started her professional career as a stockbroker, and this is how her sales career began. Following that experience, Claudia got to meet the SaaS world as a Sales Development Representative and has spent the last 11 years working in sales. 6 years ago, Claudia decided to develop as a Sales leader, this experience has helped her become a better person and professional. In her own words: Sales + Leadership is the most challenging and rewarding career you could ever pursue. You never stop learning! Claudia is a sun lover and an early bird. You can find her jogging by the beach in Barcelona at 7:30 but in bed and dreaming by 10:30 pm.
