Deepa Nirmal has been passionate about learning and development throughout her 25-year career. She’s been combining creativity and technology to help people learn, think, and perform better – in a variety of industries from the military to healthcare, agribusiness, non-profits, and currently, financial services. At RBC Wealth Management-US, she has been empowering financial advisors with the skills to offer second-to-none advice and service to clients since 2017. A native of India, Deepa has a Master’s degree in Communication Design from the National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad, India. After a year in Singapore developing technology-based training solutions for their military, she moved to St. Paul in 1999 and has put down deep roots, where she serves as a trustee on the board of the Friends of the St. Paul Library.

Sanya Mulhern

Sanya cultivates lasting, multigenerational relationships with families by providing strategic advice that helps them navigate the opportunities and challenges of managing significant wealth. She seeks to grow and preserve each family’s financial legacy through tax-considerate investment planning, in addition to wealth protection and succession strategies. Sanya also collaborates with clients’ CPAs and estate attorneys to address tax, trust, philanthropic and estate-planning needs. Before her career in the financial services industry, Sanya served for eight years in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Russian linguist in the intelligence arena. She holds a degree in business management and is a Certified Financial Planner professional. Sanya has a passion for serving her community through volunteerism and has held positions on the auxiliary board for Shelter from the Storm—a shelter for domestic violence victims, and the Joslyn Center—a community center helping seniors thrive.

Beth Norman

Beth joined RBC Wealth Management in 1997 as a high school student intern and went on to assist clients with their investments in a number of roles throughout her career. Beth now leads a third-generation, women-led team. She assumed leadership in 2020 after years of mentorship and sponsorship by generous leaders at RBC. Beth invests and volunteers extensively in the Madison and the RBC community, serving as chair of the board of directors for Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin and is honored to be the president of the Women’s Association of Financial Advisors (WAFA) at RBC Wealth Management. When asked about her current role in the industry, Beth says, “My job is to grow my business so I can make extra seats at the table. That was done for me, and I feel like I have a responsibility to pay that forward.”
