In her role, Jodie is defining and delivering on wealth management’s growth strategy for the mass affluent client segment. Since taking on this role in 2016, Jodie has been responsible for the development and execution of the business strategy with the goal of transforming these businesses from reactive and transactional to a driver of new business growth. Jodie has successfully led this organization through structural, procedural and cultural changes to deliver the business model of today which is a critical part of the WM growth strategy. Additionally, Jodie leads teams that provide essential business frameworks and functions including Client Strategy, Marketing & Communications, Contact Center Optimization and Learning & Leadership Development. Jodie began her career at Morgan Stanley in 2008 as a Fixed Income salesperson and has since transitioned to strategic roles, primarily focused on transformational business strategy. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she worked at AIG in a Business Development role, focused on identifying and pursuing new opportunities for revenue growth. Jodie has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from New York University.
