Elsie Ofulue is an Executive Director – EMEA Head of Internal Communications for Technology at Morgan Stanley UK. A visionary Leader and responsible for the overall Technology communications strategy and operations in EMEA. Elsie works closely with the EMEA CIO’s office and Senior Leadership team to develop, deliver and measure a portfolio of strategic internal communications programs, branding and channels. This includes creating platforms for our key stakeholders to speak to the wider organisation, connecting employees to senior leadership through internal mentorship programs and crafting and curating blog pieces and open forums for the EMEA CIO to connect with as wide an audience as possible through different mediums Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2015, she’s spent the early years of her career doing a blend of Sales, Internal Communications and Brand Marketing. She was named on the 2024 Involve Role Models lists, Finalists Inspirational Woman of the Year 2023 and Impact Leader of the Year 2024 both at the Black Tech Achievements award. Outside of work Elsie Pastors a church alongside her husband, plans lots of weddings and looks after her 4 kids.

Jodie Resnick

Managing Director and COO Virtual Client Solutions, Morgan Stanley

Jodie Resnick is a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley Wealth Management where she serves as the COO and Head of Strategy for Virtual Client Solutions. Virtual Client Solutions is inclusive of three businesses, Virtual Advisor, E*TRADE Client Services and Stock Plan servicing teams including Executive Services & Workplace Solutions Group. Collectively, this organization delivers wealth management advice and services to advised mass affluent clients, self-directed clients, and corporate plan participants through phone-based relationships. In her role, Jodie is defining and delivering on wealth management’s growth strategy for the mass affluent client segment. Since taking on this role in 2016, Jodie has been responsible for the development and execution of the business strategy with the goal of transforming these businesses from reactive and transactional to a driver of new business growth. Jodie has successfully led this organization through structural, procedural and cultural changes to deliver the business model of today which is a critical part of the WM growth strategy. Additionally, Jodie leads teams that provide essential business frameworks and functions including Client Strategy, Marketing & Communications, Contact Center Optimization and Learning & Leadership Development. Jodie began her career at Morgan Stanley in 2008 as a Fixed Income salesperson and has since transitioned to strategic roles, primarily focused on transformational business strategy. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she worked at AIG in a Business Development role, focused on identifying and pursuing new opportunities for revenue growth. Jodie has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from New York University.

Abrielle Moore

Director, Firmwide Artificial Intelligence, Morgan Stanley

Abrielle Moore is a member of the Firmwide AI department at Morgan Stanley, focusing on GenAI strategy and use case development, as well as business operations within the department. Prior to this role, she served as a Program Manager within Business Transformation Services, spearheading strategic initiatives including Morgan Stanley at Work's Charitable Giving program. Abrielle began her career at Morgan Stanley as a Wealth Management Rotational Analyst, after graduating from Brown University in 2020 with a B.A. in Economics and Africana Studies. Beyond her professional commitments, Abrielle is actively involved in community service through her membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., concentrating on economic initiatives and women's empowerment. In her leisure time, Abrielle nurtures her creative side by engaging in reading, writing, and clothing design.

Steph Ahrens

Executive Director EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition & Global Head of Recruitment Marketing (RM), Morgan Stanley

In her role as EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition, Steph partners with HR and business leaders on the definition and delivery of the Firm’s annual Talent Acquisition attraction, sourcing, recruiting and on-boarding strategy ensuring alignment to business and functional priorities. She leads and manages Morgan Stanley’s regional experienced hire and campus recruiting team responsible for delivering a first class, high touch, innovation-rich end to end talent acquisition service comprising all permanent hires into the firm – from apprentices, entry level campus recruits to Experienced Hires. In her role as Global Head of RM, in partnership with her global team, firmwide Marketing & Employer Branding , she is responsible for recruitment marketing and campaign activations that position the firm as an employer of choice and reach talented individuals with our core values, diversity and culture at the core, bringing forth our unique value proposition at every interaction. Steph graduated from the University of Exeter in 1999. She started her career at JPMorgan and worked at Credit Suisse prior to joining Morgan Stanley. In December 2017 Steph was awarded Next Generation Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year by HRO Today. Steph also sits on Universum’s Global Advisory Board , a global leader in Employer Branding.
