Work-life balance is evermore important amongst employees in today’s workforce who care more and more about their mental health. In fact, research shows that 72% of workers would agree, and 57% of job-seekers would go so far as to say that a poor work-life balance is a dealbreaker in prospective jobs. Yet 66% of full-time employees struggle to say that they’ve figured it out. That’s because building a balance—and boundaries—can be hard, especially for anyone juggling a lot of responsibilities at home, like parents and caregivers.
At Henry Schein, a distributor of healthcare products and services, a dedicated wellness committee is focused on providing holistic support for employees, such as by helping them achieve optimal work-life balances. We’re catching up with a few leaders at the company during Women’s History Month to talk about the importance of addressing work-life balance. Join us for a discussion that could help you create your own professional and personal life boundaries.
In this webinar, you’ll learn about:
How to define what work-life balance means for you, and then how to maintain it
How to set boundaries in your professional and personal lives, and actually stick to them
Advice for working parents and caregivers, in particular, on achieving better balance
The mental health benefits that employees at Henry Schein love
Other ways to boost your mental health and ultimately improve work and life
