Sarah Tilley is the Senior Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition and Development for ServiceNow, the digital workflow company making the world work better for everyone. She is responsible for leading a newly integrated Talent organization which includes all external recruitment and internal mobility, learning and development (inclusive of leadership development), talent and succession planning, and all efforts to lead ServiceNow forward on a skills-based talent strategy. Sarah’s expansive global talent expertise, appreciation and understanding of technology enablement, and passion for nurturing high-performing teams has made her an outstanding leader. Prior to ServiceNow, Sarah spent sixteen years at the Walt Disney Company, where she led enterprise talent strategies and efforts, including centralized Talent Acquisition and Sourcing functions, Corporate Talent Management, and Diversity & Inclusion, and had the opportunity to lead several company-wide functional talent and talent acquisition strategies. Throughout her career, Sarah has earned a stellar reputation for creating new opportunities for top talent and fostering an inclusive environment where teams can thrive. As a working mom of two, she understands the importance of flexibility and tailored career paths for all people. Sarah has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Arkansas and is PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certified.

Maria Gabriela Waechter is a Senior Outbound Product Manager at ServiceNow. She pivoted from a non-technical role by learning new technical skills on the ServiceNow platform. She is passionate about making ServiceNow resources and opportunities accessible to everyone regardless of income, identity, nationality, upbringing, or environment. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, a Venezuelan American immigrant, and a woman with disabilities, Maria Gabriela strives to break boundaries and highlight the contributions of traditionally marginalized groups.

Toni Mantych is a Senior Director of Content Strategy for the Customer Success Organization at ServiceNow and the Global Co-Chair of the Pride at ServiceNow Employee Belonging Group. She began her career as an academic, teaching composition and literature before turning to technology. Since then, she’s brought technology, language, and teaching together in a 20-year career as a leader of technical content organizations. Toni scaled the ServiceNow documentation group fourfold to become an international group of 160 employees that delivered technical content in 5 languages on ServiceNow’s most visited website. She has lived and worked remotely from Portland, Oregon, since 2005.

Darice Brown is the Senior Director of DEI Strategic Partnerships at ServiceNow, where she engages with strategic partners to advance the company’s DEI narrative, provide inclusive professional development opportunities, and help to open new channels for business growth. Before joining ServiceNow, Darice honed her experience in reputation management, diversity communications, supply chain communications, and multi-cultural messaging with Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. She holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and a BA in Professional Communications from Alverno College. Darice also serves as board Co-chair for Mentor Greater Milwaukee, is a proud Executive Leadership Council Fellow, a Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. member, and a 2020 Empower Future Leader (INvolve Global Network).
