Allison Elliott is a Merchandising Project Manager at Lowe’s, where she helps bring merchant vision & new products to the sales floor in the Millwork department. In her 3½ years at Lowe’s, she has also served as a Senior Analyst in Store Operations, supporting cashiers nationwide and driving operational improvements across the business. Allison began her career with Lowe’s in Michigan, where she worked in various roles in several stores for three years before relocating to Washington in 2009. Inspired by her passion for people and community, she pursued a master’s degree and spent nearly a decade as an elementary school counselor in both Washington and North Carolina. That same passion continues today through her volunteer work with the National Charity League, where she and her 14-year-old daughter serve the Lake Norman community through partnerships with local and national organizations. In her free time, Allison can be found cheering on Michigan State athletics, supporting her 15-year-old son’s love of soccer, or spending time with her husband and their three kids along with their extended family that has relocated to North Carolina. Family remains her anchor, priority, and inspiration.

Jennifer Colato is Senior Product Manager at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., where she leads teams driving enterprise checkout and quoting services across stores, online, and remote selling channels. Since joining Lowe’s in 2014, she has held multiple leadership roles in store operations systems and technology, helping to reimagine the customer and associate experience through innovation, AI-driven initiatives, and large-scale technology transformation. Her work spans strategy, product management, and operational execution supporting stores, call centers, distribution centers, and corporate teams. Before joining Lowe’s, Jennifer spent nearly a decade at Brookfield Asset Management in commercial real estate operations and program management, where she led global infrastructure, technology, and corporate administration initiatives globally. She holds a BA in International Business from Berkeley College and an MBA with a concentration in International Business from CUW. She has also completed certifications in Change Management (Cornell), Supply Chain Operations (Johnson & Wales), and is Green Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma. Jennifer is passionate about mentoring, servant leadership, and empowering future leaders. Outside of work, she loves to travel, stay active, and is a proud mom of three energetic young children who keep life joyfully chaotic.

She manages the planning, tracking, and execution of internal programs and events designed to celebrate innovation, enhance associate engagement, and elevate visibility into transformative work happening across MDL and the broader Technology organization. Cynthia is passionate about building connections, amplifying impact, and showcasing the stories behind Lowe’s technological advancements.
