How to Find a Career that Keeps you Engaged

I was never really asked what I wanted to be and, quite frankly, I didn’t know other than I wanted to make money to support myself and travel and I kept taking jobs which had higher salaries without ultimately knowing what my ideal end goal would look like. Vulnerability moment: My feelings of being unfulfilled and distressed were permeating into all aspects in my life: I needed to find a career that was fulfilling I needed to understand my personality and strengths. I needed a solid action plan and accountability. So, I did what I know best. I researched, studied, spoke with professionals, read tons of books and articles and knew what I wanted to do. What I needed to do. I knew I was not the only one feeling like this. So, in that spirit, I created what was missing, Broadreach Career Consulting, to help other women find themselves and the career that fits every aspect of who they really are.
