**Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, and Carlisle, PA.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepares rolling forecasts, annual strategic plans and annual budgets by modeling and projecting financial statement impacts.
Researches and interprets current financial results and identifies key trends.
Creates and maintains clear, concise reporting utilizing databases, excel and PowerPoint for routine and ad hoc reporting.
Ensures consistency and integrity of financial results and performance metrics by validating data sources, calculations and methodologies to ensure accuracy and mitigate exposure to risk.
Works with participants to ensure budget input is developed on a timely basis and is complete and processed accurately
Conducts research and prepares analysis as part of weekly/monthly GL account reconciliation
Completes quarterly enclosure process
Supports operations accounting teams with process flow mapping and project impact assessment
Provides meaningful and informative analysis in support of monthly Balance Sheet variance reporting
Assists with and supports internal/external audits
Creates and maintains monthly reporting package by gathering data from multiple sources, consolidating it into an executive presentation and providing commentary to interpret current results and identify future trends for leadership
Develops relationships with key business partners to ensure business trends and priorities are integrated into all strategic and financial plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 2-5 years of equivalent experience
SAP or other Enterprise Software
Microsoft Excel
Accounting knowledge
Strong Analytical skills
Highly organized
Effective communicator both written and oral
Attention to detail
Able to see task through inception to completion
Salary Range NC/PA: $63,440-$95,160
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
