Field Medical Manager

scientific partner to key external stakeholders, including KOLs, investigators, and professional societies

• Develop and execute local KOL engagement plans aligned with global and local medical strategies

• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange, communicating complex clinical and research data to healthcare professionals

• Design and implement medical education programs, scientific collaborations, and research initiatives (e.g., ISS)

• Provide strategic medical insights and field intelligence to internal stakeholders, contributing to brand and medical plans

• Actively participate in cross-functional teams, including Brand Teams and regional/global projects

• Represent Amgen Medical at congresses, advisory boards, and scientific meetings

• Build deep understanding of disease area, scientific landscape, and healthcare system dynamics

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (MSc will be considered an asset)

• Experience >2 years in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or related scientific roles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)

• Experience in field medical roles or scientific engagement with external stakeholders

• Strong understanding of clinical research, healthcare systems, and scientific communication

• Proven ability to build long-term scientific relationships and influence medical practice
