We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and dedicated person to join BILL's Risk Portfolio Analytics team. The incumbent will be responsible for leading all analytical support, risk analysis, loss forecasting, and KPI development for working capital initiatives. This position requires a person who has experience with analytics, defining success metrics, visualizing and presenting data insights, and credit loss forecasting models.

We'd love to chat if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in risk analytics, data analysis or data science (3 years for applicants with an MS degree)
• Bachelors degree preferably in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or any related technical field
• Experience using statistics and data science to solve complex business problems
• Experience with accurate forecasting methodologies
• Expert proficiency in SQL
• Experience working with large datasets
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations with BI tools for effective communication and portfolio understanding
• Ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical experts, business partners, and executive leadership
• Comfortable with ambiguity and yet able to steer analytics projects toward clear business goals, testable hypotheses, and action-oriented outcomes
• Desirable to have experience and aptitude solving problems related to risk using data science and analytics
• BONUS
  • Proficiency with Tableau
  • Experience with Python for data analysis
  • Advanced degree (M.S.), in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related technical field

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
