    Position summary

    Partner CUJOs. This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and elevate how we measure and understand partner experience across the ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating partner insights into actionable recommendations that shape partner strategy, product development, and go-to-market initiatives.

    The role works closely with a diverse set of stakeholders including ABU & CoGo leadership, Product teams, Data & Analytics, Partner Marketing, and Customer Success. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations that drive business impact.

    We are looking for someone proactive and curious, with experience establishing tracking surveys or experience measurement programs, and a strong desire to deepen their quantitative skills while working closely with data partners.

    About the team:
    CoGO (Commercial Growth & Operations) is the part of accommodation business unit org that partners closely with Product and regional commercial teams to unlock growth with accommodation partners and make it easier for them to do business with Booking.com. Team focuses on high-impact levers like improving partner service proposition, and segment growth, using data, experimentation, and partner insights to shape strategy and execution.

    The Research community at Booking consists of ~60 researchers and ~10 Research Operations specialists. There are lots of opportunities to work with, grow and help other researchers grow across Booking.com through regular meetups, a mentor program and internal research tools.

    Role Qualifications and Requirements:

    Skills & experience (essential)

    • 3-5 years of research delivery in a consultancy, agency or in-house setting

    • 3-5 years of working with designing and managing tracking surveys or experience measurement programs (e.g. brand health tracking customer experience measurement, C-SAT)

    • Masters or PhD in psychology, social sciences, HCI, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative or qualitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

    • Strong interest in working with quantitative research survey data

    • Interest in working closely with data and analytics teams.

    • Experience with Qualtrics, Snowflake & BDX

    • Familiarity with at least one of the tools:

    • DisplayR, JMP, SPSS, R

    • Knowing PySpark is a plus

    • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

    • Ability to translate complex technical findings into a narrative that non-technical stakeholders can understand.

    • Synthesizes raw data into intuitive, high-impact visual narratives.

    • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

    • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives forward proactively.

    • Working with cross-functional teams in product or technology environments

    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

    • Ability to adapt to change rapidly and thrive in ambiguity
