Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is an aspect of multiphysics system analysis that simulates the behavior of fluids and their thermodynamic properties using numerical models. Cadence's robust CFD suite includes application areas such as propulsion, aerodynamics, hydrodynamics, and combustion.
