What You'll Need
Bachelors Degree with a focus in Electronic Technology or equivalent OR 2+ years of equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training.
2+ years of experience with motor controls (motor starts, variable frequency drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components).
2+ years of experience with programming HMI components.
2+ years of experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs.
2+ years of experience with robotics system components and controls.
2+ years of experience with SCADA systems.
Experience interpreting and modifying mechanical and electrical drawings.
Ability to solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Control Systems troubleshooting/ programming.
Experience supporting a range of different conveyors and sortation systems.
Project Management experience with the ability to train others.
Experience with robotic maintenance.
Experience with AB RS LOGIX 5000 PLC's and PLC components.
Experience with SCADA systems and KPI's.

Equal Pay Disclosure
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Control Systems Lead position is $93,912.00 annually [or $45.15 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Control Systems Lead position is $106,080.00 annually [or $51.00 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
