Mobile Roofing Technician

pects roof system installations and repairs for quality and compliance with applicable building codes / safety regulations

Maintains integrity of roofing systems by performing such tasks as inspections, removal of foreign or organic debris

Coordinates and inspects the work performed by outside contractors

Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency repairs, and preventive maintenance. Completes' maintenance and repairs, records as required

Report and communicate daily all work activity via PDA device

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills

Uses computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, and training. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more

• CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Mobile Roofing Technician position is $52,000 annually [or $25.00 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Mobile Roofing Technician position is $68,640 annually [or $33.00 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
