    Position summary

    uding performing preventive and ongoing maintenance and repairs on equipment/systems and evaluating and recommending equipment improvements to improve availability, capability, and yield.

    What you'll do

    • Minimum 5 years experience with Commercial Refrigeration And HVAC

    • Apply standard basics and techniques/procedures to do sophisticated assignments.

    • Lead others and share in-depth knowledge of field subject area.

    • Exercise judgment based on the review of many sources of information.

    • Work within broad guidelines and policies.

    • Partner with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are completed.

    • Follow up on service requests and provide customer feedback.

    • Monitor equipment and machinery performance and develop preventative maintenance measures.

    • Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.

    • Deliver demonstrations to ensure safe effective use of equipment

    • Monitor inventory and reorder materials when needed.

    • Stay ahead of industry developments.

    • Write reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

    • EPA Universal and HVAC License required.
    • Minimum 5 years experience with Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC
    • Excellent listening and customer service skills.
    • Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.
    • Membership in Local 597

    Collective Bargaining Agreement. The negotiated rate for the Union position is
