**Summary:**  
  
The RN Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering competent, individualized nursing care to patients and families by utilizing the nursing process to augment the established medical plan of treatment.  
• perating with a strong team orientation, this nurse integrates sound clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making to address the unique needs of each patient. The role emphasizes exceptional customer relations and professional communication, ensuring that care is delivered with both clinical precision and a high level of service excellence. By maintaining a focus on safety and collaborative practice, the RN Staff Nurse serves as a vital advocate for the patient while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team.

Experience/Education:  
  

-   1 year of direct nursing experience required.
-   Associate's degree in Nursing.
-   Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
-   BLS Required (American Heart).

  
Post Hire Requirements:  
  

-   PALS or NRP and specialty certifications per unit guidelines.
