Job Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently enter and update manufacturing/product data into computer systems, databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant software applications.
Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain order and account information. Ensure all required order and product data is available and accurate at time of entry.
Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and procedures.
Provide administrative support as needed, such as: project support, scanning and filing, logistic/transportation backup, other tasks as needed.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Record customer orders/changes in appropriate manner
Effectively communicate customer issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members
Document all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database
Organize and maintain the file system; file correspondence and other records
Maintain working knowledge of products and/or services
Prepare reports and correspondence as needed
Other duties may be assigned as needed
Assist with inside sales, production reporting, and invoicing as required. Stretch Assignments assigned by Commercial Operations Manager
Training initiatives
Coaching other team members
Job Requirements
High school diploma / equivalent
Must have related experience, at least 2 years is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
Bilingual skills a plus
Compensation
Base pay ranging $25.00 - 28.00/HR
5% Annual target bonus
