Job Responsibilities
Commercial & Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute both short and long-term commercial strategies to drive revenue, margin expansion, and overall profitability.
Utilize total solution selling to maximize share of wallet, enhance customer value, and strengthen competitive advantage.
Ensure all commercial initiatives, projects, and investments align with the Local Solution's strategic objectives and ABP's commercial excellence framework.
Sales Performance & Execution
Lead the Division's commercial performance, meeting or exceeding annual sales and EBITDA targets.
Identify, analyze, and monitor key performance drivers across our 16 strategic markets.
Implement consistent sales processes, pipeline management, and performance tools using Salesforce and other technologies to create visibility and improve decision making.
Recommend product, service, and process enhancements to improve customer experience and market position.
Financial & Operational Discipline
Direct and oversee IPG terms and conditions, accounts receivable, and other TWC components to maximize cash flow.
Ensure accurate forecasting, disciplined pricing decisions, and alignment of commercial actions with financial goals.
Audit and enforce NSP (Non-Standard Product) bidding processes.
Track and investigate all customer-related back charges.
Leadership & Talent Development
Develop a strong commercial organization, including both inside and outside sales teams.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to strengthen sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Proven experience developing and executing long-term commercial strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
Strong P&L understanding and the ability to interpret and leverage financial insights.
Deep knowledge of the sales process, sales cycle management, and commercial execution practices.
Proficiency with Salesforce and the ability to deploy technology to enhance sales productivity and performance.
Strong benchmarking, competitive analysis, and market analytics skills.
Ability to travel frequently throughout the United States.

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive managerial experience in the pipe, precast, or related construction materials industry.
