Risk Management & Hazard Analysis

• Moderation und Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen

• (u.a. HAZOP, JSA, Bow-Tie, FMEA, Task-Risk-Assessments)

• Aufbau, Pflege und Koordination des standortweiten Risk Registers

• Entwicklung von Risk-Mitigation-Strategien für Prozesse, Anlagen, Infrastruktur und Tätigkeiten

• Sicherstellung konsistenter Methoden gemäß ISO 45001 und CSL Technical Standards

Incident Investigation & Prevention

• Leitung von pSIF-Untersuchungen und Root-Cause-Analysen (ICAM, TapRoot, RCA)
• Definition und Überwachung nachhaltiger Präventionsmassnahmen
• Ableitung von Lessons Learned und Überführung in Standards, SOPs und Trainings

Engineering & Projekte

• EHS-Begleitung von Bau-, Modernisierungs- und Anlagenprojekten
• Teilnahme an Design Reviews, Change Controls, HAZOPs, PSSR und technischen Abnahmen
• Sicherstellen der Einhaltung globaler CSL-Technical Standards
• (z.B. LOTO, Maschinen- und Anlagensicherheit, Chemikalienmanagement, Permit-to-Work)
• Fachliche Koordination der EHS-Spezialist:innen im Projektumfeld

Compliance & Managementsystem**

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von ISO 45001, relevanter Schweizer Gesetzgebung sowie interner CSL-Standards
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Dokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen
• Unterstützung bei Audits, Zertifizierungen, Behördenkontakten

Coaching, Stakeholder-Management & Kommunikation**

• Beratung und Coaching von Führungskräften und Teams im Umgang mit Risiken, Standards und Sicherungsverhalten

• Übersetzen komplexer technischer Risiken in klare, verständliche Handlungsempfehlungen

• Förderung einer nachhaltigen EHS-Kultur in allen Bereichen

Anforderungen & Qualifikationen
Erfahrung

• 8-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich EHS, Technical Safety oder Risk Engineering

• • ideal in regulierter Industrie (Pharma, Chemie, Biotech, Energie, Maschinenbau)

• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Moderation systematischer Risikoanalysen

• Erprobte Praxis in Incident Investigations & Root-Cause-Methoden

• Erfahrung in der Begleitung technischer Projekte (Bau, Anlagen, Prozesse)

Fachliche Qualifikation

• Studium in Sicherheitstechnik, Ingenieurwesen, Chemie, Umwelt oder vergleichbarer technischer Fachrichtung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in ISO 45001, technischen Sicherheitsstandards und Risikomethoden
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen, technischen Systemen und Prozesssicherheit
