    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Develop a thorough understanding of engine theory

    • Contribute to and be involved in various continuous improvement projects

    • Diagnose faults and use recognized troubleshooting techniques to identify issues

    • Carry out repairs, servicing, and full engine rebuilds

    • Work with advanced equipment, including engine dyno testing

    • Gain wider business experience and exposure

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • Obtained equivalent of GCSEs in Design Technology and Science grades 5/B or above, Math's and English language and literature grade 4/C or above, all other subjects taken at grade 4/C or above.

    • Must have been a UK resident for 3 years or above.

    • A mechanical sympathy to develop upon

    • Be confident in communicating with various people

    • Have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, enjoy problem solving and finding solutions
