The position partners closely with cross-functional teams-including Product, IT, Operations, Sales, and Service Management-to deliver scalable, sustainable, and measurable solutions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities, including process mapping, requirements gathering, gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution definition
Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities; design practical future-state solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements
Represent Implementation Excellence in product squads, ensuring implementation considerations are embedded across design, development, testing, and launch readiness
Participate in agile ceremonies and product discussions, identifying risks, dependencies, and operational impacts
Collaborate with product and technology teams to reduce post-launch issues, rework, and operational friction
Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and test scenarios
Support initiatives focused on standardization, automation, governance, productivity, customer experience, and scalability
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions across the organization
Develop business cases, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to support data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with project managers, product owners, developers, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
Support change management activities, including communication, training materials, readiness assessments, and post-implementation feedback
Track progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and accountability
