Monitor team performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of new team members.
Partner with AVP for additional projects that support broader business objectives.

Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of experience with a phone-based sales environment, and a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding expectations.
Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a phone-based sales environment.
High organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Comfortable working in a face-paced, result-oriented environment.
Ability to obtain or retain required security licenses
