    Position summary

    , Oracle P6) and integrate them into the BI & Reporting platform.**

    • Create and schedule data processing jobs to automate data ingestion, transformation, and updates across multiple data sources.

    • Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and optimize the data flow architecture.

    • Design, implement, and optimize the data architecture for large-scale data repositories such as Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.

    • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.

    • Leverage SQL and big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for data manipulation and optimization.

    • Support the BI team in building data semantic layers and data marts to facilitate report generation and dashboard creation.

    • Design and create visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI.

    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in data pipelines and data integration processes.

    • Document data processes, architecture, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.

    Desired Characteristics & Technical Expertise

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • 5 to 8 years of experience in data engineering, BI development and data integration.

    • Proficiency in designing and developing end-to-end data pipelines, including ETL processes.

    • Hands-on experience with data integration tools and platforms.

    • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.

    • Familiarity with enterprise tools like Aha, Salesforce, ServiceNow, ADO, Marketo and Oracle P6 etc. for data extraction and integration.

    • Expertise in setting up data pipelines, scheduling data jobs, and automating data workflows.

    • Experience with data modeling techniques, including OLAP and data marts.

    • Knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices for building scalable data solutions.

    • Develop customized visuals and layouts that prioritize key KPIs, providing clear and concise insights that align with business objectives.

    • Implement UX best practices to improve navigation, data storytelling, and the overall usability of dashboards, ensuring that reports are actionable and user-friendly.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in data processing.

    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.

    • Excellent communication skills to convey technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

    • Self-motivated with a drive to continuously improve data processes and explore new technologies.
