Ensures data accuracy and integrity across commercial systems

Supports the global development for PowerBI, CRM and other dashboards. Acts as the Regional representative, ensuring the needs of the region are elevated to the Global team

Point of contact for Regional training and new releases deployment

Helps structure and promote the Go to Market cross-business units and cross-regional communication through the shared drive (e.g. win sheet, account plans etc.)

Supports the coordination of selected Commercial Excellence initiatives
What we are looking for:
- Minimum Bachelor, preferably in a commercial, business, economics, commercial finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 4-6 years' experience sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably in the food, food ingredient or FMCG industry
- Strong analytical skills; able to draw insights from data
- Experience in designing BI / analytics dashboards. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and with PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics CRM is also required
- Solid understanding of sales / commercial processes, KPIs, and forecasting methods
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly and persuasively
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Proven record of personal accountability and delivering results
- Comfortable managing multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities and deadlines, in a dynamic, challenging environment
- Experience in driving commercial initiatives across functions and geographies is an advantage
- English fluency; ability to understand and speak Thai is a plus
- Comfortable to travel internationally (approximately 20% of the time)
