Senior Food Technologist

These solutions must be both internally and externally processable while adhering to the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop winning products for the meat, poultry and alternative protein industry and support the scaling up of it to our targeted customers.

• Act as the technical contact for our customers in Germany, when required.

• Support presentations, organize and execute workshops and train the customer by showing our products in applications & marketable formats, in cooperation with sales and marketing.

• Conduct raw material evaluations and support optimization of the raw material database.

What We Are Looking For

• Master / Bachelor's in Food Science or Food Technology or equivalent by proven experience in food industry.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Meat, Protein processing or Alternative Protein.
• Language skills: fluent in English and German.
• Project Management skills
• Experience in development and application of seasonings is a plus.
• Passionate about food and customer focus.
• Strong team player and able to work independently on product development projects.
• Creative, hands-on, accurate and well-organized.
• Flexible in willing to travel within Europe to support our customers
