Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues across Sitecore and frontend layers.
Maintain high standards for code quality, maintainability, testing, and documentation.
Contribute to front-end architecture decisions and help evolve development standards.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
6+ years of enterprise .NET / Sitecore development experience.
2+ years hands-on experience with Sitecore JSS, SXA and headless Sitecore implementations (preferably Sitecore 10+).
Strong understanding of Azure/AWS PaaS, including CI/CD pipelines, Application Insights, and cloud networking.
Strong understanding in JavaScript and modern frameworks like Next.js, React, or Angular.
Deep understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture, serialization tools (e.g**., SCS, Items-as-a-Service**), and content modeling.
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks in a composable architecture.
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Familiarity with Sitecore composable Platforms like XM Cloud, Personalize or Content Hub
Proven experience migrating Sitecore XP to XM Cloud or cloud-native transitions
Exposure to Azure Functions
Sitecore certified v10+
Exposure to MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless)
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
