Position summary

cialized services and maintenance solutions for Control, Protection, and Telecommunication systems.

  • Account Management: Manage and grow high-priority accounts at a regional and national level, serving as the primary strategic contact.

  • Consultative Advisory: Conduct technical assessments of the installed base to recommend upgrades and solutions that align with the client's grid reliability needs.

  • Proposal Leadership: Coordinate the end-to-end preparation of complex bids and technical proposals, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.

  • Independent Execution: Manage sales processes independently, solving difficult problems and navigating complex negotiations with limited supervision.

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and review the work of junior professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field (Mandatory).

  • Experience: Proven senior-level experience in sales or business development within the Power Sector or heavy industry.

  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Substation Automation, Protection & Control, and SCADA systems.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value.

  • Language: Intermediate English is required; Intermediate Spanish is a plus.

  • Availability: Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

  • Work Model: Hybrid (1 day per week at the office).
