**How you'll make an impact**

-   Develop and implement policies to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
-   Assess environmental risks affecting employees and surrounding communities.
-   Lead investigations of accidents and environmental incidents.
-   Identify root causes and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
-   Liaise with engineers, management, and health & safety authorities.
-   Design and deliver safety training programs for all staff levels.
-   Conduct compliance audits and report findings to leadership.
-   Monitor regulatory changes and update internal procedures accordingly.
-   Track safety metrics and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
-   Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

**Your background**

-   Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.
-   3+ years of experience in environmental or workplace safety roles.
-   Proven knowledge of local and international safety regulations.
-   Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analyses.
-   Strong communication skills for training and cross-functional collaboration.
-   Proficiency in English and the local language of the work location.
