Position summary

, Railways, Metros, EPCs, End Users, and Channel Partners within the assigned geography.

  • Support customers end-to-end-from initial enquiry and bidding through project execution, closure, and cash collection.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, with clear accountability for third-party sales and profitability.

  • Ensure timely closure of enquiries, clarifications, and orders, maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

  • Manage collections and receivables, consistently maintaining a strong Say-Do ratio.

  • Lead and participate in technical discussions, presentations, and solution positioning to address customer requirements.

  • Utilize sales and marketing tools effectively to enhance opportunity tracking and forecasting.

  • Gather and analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Grid Automation or related domains.

  • Proven experience working with service business models in the power or infrastructure sector.

  • Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (preferred).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Self-driven, accountable, and result-oriented with strong customer focus.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
