Support customers end-to-end-from initial enquiry and bidding through project execution, closure, and cash collection.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, with clear accountability for third-party sales and profitability.
Ensure timely closure of enquiries, clarifications, and orders, maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
Manage collections and receivables, consistently maintaining a strong Say-Do ratio.
Lead and participate in technical discussions, presentations, and solution positioning to address customer requirements.
Utilize sales and marketing tools effectively to enhance opportunity tracking and forecasting.
Gather and analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
4-6 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Grid Automation or related domains.
Proven experience working with service business models in the power or infrastructure sector.
Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-driven, accountable, and result-oriented with strong customer focus.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
