Position summary

ets and contributed to business development by working closely with customers to position On-Load Tap-Changers and High Voltage Bushings

  • Build and maintain customer relationships with transformer manufacturers and end users, including utilities and industrial customers

  • Track sales opportunities and contribute to accurate forecasting

  • Collaborate with Offer Engineering and Tendering teams when customized solutions are required

  • Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial offers based on customer requirements

  • Follow defined sales processes to ensure smooth handover to project management

  • Support the execution of short-term and long-term sales plans and follow up on assigned actions

Your background

  • Min. 2 years' experience in sales, engineering, or a similar role, ideally within energy, electrical, or industrial sectors

  • Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering with an interest in commercial topics

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Structured and organized working style with attention to detail

  • Motivation to learn, develop and take on increasing responsibility over time

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

  • Good command of English and basic to intermediate German; additional languages are a plus
