    Role: DAM (3D Objects) - Senior Consultant

    This position will primarily be responsible to interface with client and internal key stakeholders; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the 3D assets project including requirements elicitation, solutioning, solution architecture and design; play an important role in creating the high level 3D assets solution architecture and design artifacts; outlining 3D assets management standards and governance; validating the development process; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Advocate client and provide thought leaderships in 3D assets analytics and engineering

    • Understand the requirements both functional and non-functional to define the holistic 3D assets management system architecture

    • Demonstrate compelling business values to the client with the 3D assets architecture/solution aligning to the business scenarios

    • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders and outline 3D assets management standards, guidelines, governing principles, and policies aligning to the client requirements

    • Identify use cases, 3D assets process flows, outline 3D assets management approach and define assets models

    • Specify security, compliance and regulations and access methods aligning to the requirements

    • 3D assets reference architecture and framework creation

    • Pre-sales activities, proposal creation, solution design and project delivery

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

    • At least 15 of experience in Information Technology

    • A bilingual resource

    • Japan citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time

    • At least 5 years of experience in 3D assets management

    Preferred Qualifications

    • At least 10 years of experience in digital assets architecture, Advanced analytics and governance areas

    • Experience in gaming industry

    • Ability to manage large 3D assets management programs, data design solution and delivery

    • Experience in tools like exho3D, Brandfolder, Zoho Lens etc.

    • Experience in 3D assets management solution

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Experience in leading teams and managing client expectations

    • Experience in software development life cycle. Agile methodology preferred

    • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

    • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
