    Role Overview
    We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Architect to design and lead the development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining architecture, establishing best practices, and guiding development teams in delivering robust cloud-native and on-premise solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
    TArchitecture & Design

    1. Define and implement end-to-end application architecture using Microsoft .NET technologies.
    2. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems (microservices, event-driven, SOA).
    3. Create architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical roadmaps.
    4. Select appropriate design patterns, frameworks, and tools.

    Technology Leadership

    1. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
    2. Establish coding standards, governance, and best practices.
    3. Conduct design reviews and code reviews.
    4. Drive modernization initiatives (legacy to cloud, monolith to microservices).

    Development & Integration
    Guide development using: ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8+, Web APIs, RESTful services
    Design and implement API-first architectures.
    Ensure system integrations using: Messaging (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ) & Third-party services & APIs

    Data & Security

    1. Design efficient data models and database strategies:
    2. SQL Server, Cosmos DB, NoSQL
    3. Implement security best practices:
    4. OAuth2, OpenID Connect, IdentityServer

    Performance & Optimization

    1. Perform performance tuning, scalability planning, and load testing.
    2. Optimize applications for high availability and fault tolerance.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    1. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects.
    2. Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    3. Provide effort estimation and technical feasibility analysis.

    Required Skills & Experience
    Core .NET Expertise

    Strong experience in:
    C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework
    ASP.NET Core MVC / Web API

    Deep understanding of:
    OOP, SOLID principles
    Design patterns (Factory, Repository, CQRS, etc.)

    Architecture Skills
    Experience with:
    Microservices architecture
    Event-driven systems
    Domain-driven design (DDD)

    Cloud & DevOps
    Hands-on experience with:
    Microsoft Azure services (App Service, AKS, Functions)
    CI/CD pipelines
    Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)

    Databases
    Expertise in:
    SQL Server / Azure SQL
    NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB

    Strong leadership and mentoring ability
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management
    Problem-solving and analytical thinking
    Decision-making skills for complex technical scenarios.
